Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to what people ask most.
Is Prime Bot safe for my Telegram account?
Yes. We enforce per-account rate limits, exponential backoff on errors, and never bypass Telegram's client-level restrictions. Most flags happen when tools pretend to be official — we don't.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Prime Bot runs in the cloud. You log in, connect a Telegram account via QR or phone, and start replying. Nothing to install locally.
How does the auto-reply actually work?
When a new DM arrives, we match it against your active campaign's triggers (keyword, always-on, or tag-based) and send the configured reply. Sequences then follow up on a schedule you define.
Can I use multiple Telegram numbers?
Yes. The Pro plan supports 5 accounts, Business is unlimited. Each account has its own rate limits and can be assigned to different campaigns.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
We pause outbound sending on the campaign and notify you. Inbound messages still arrive so you never miss a lead — just manual replies until you upgrade or the next cycle begins.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. CSV import is built in, and the API lets you push contacts from your CRM. Custom fields and tags come along for the ride.
Is there an API?
Yes — every plan gets API access with a personal access token. Webhooks are available for real-time events like incoming DMs, replies, and conversion triggers.
Can my team collaborate?
Business plans include team seats with scoped permissions (viewer, operator, admin) and a full audit log so you can see who did what.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard → Billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period. No emails, no hold calls.
What's your refund policy?
If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
